Choose your category (Dentist, CA, Lawyer, etc. - or "Other" to type your own), fill in your details, and submit. Your account is reviewed and approved before you can log in - this usually happens quickly.
Once approved, go to the Dashboard and log in with the username and password you chose at sign-up.
Request Only: a user sends a preferred date and time, and you manually pick the exact slot and confirm it from your Dashboard.
Instant Book: the user sees your real open slots and books instantly - no approval needed from you. Choose whichever mode suits you when adding a Provider (this can be changed anytime by tapping the mode label next to their name).

Users browse the public Directory, filter by category, and tap "Book Now" to reach your booking page. You can also share your direct booking link with existing patients/clients if you prefer.
For users who can't use the app themselves (e.g. elderly patients calling in), use the "Add Appointment" tab in your Dashboard - search their phone number, add them if new, and book directly on their behalf.
Use the "Export Excel" tab in your Dashboard to download all confirmed appointments for any date range.
